Returns and Exchange

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases, made through 
Our company loves to keep you looking fun, fashionable & exciting, for any reason your are dissatisfied with your purchase, If any item, other than a final sale merchandise fails to meet your expectations: Please follow these simple steps;
 
1. For returns 7 days from received date / for exchanges 22 days from received date.
2. Jipsi  accept the return of merchandise but did not pay the return shipping costs.
3. Jipsi replace return merchandise but, money not refundable.
4. Jipsi pay shipping fee to send returned merchandise that has been purchased.

 

Standard Return Shipping

It may be returned by mail for a full refund:

- If you want to make an exchange, it must be for the same item. We can only exchange size and color.
- Pack and seal your products in original package if possible.
- Mail package back to Jipsi. Pertokoan Semer Jaya Kav 3-4. Jln Raya Kerobokan. Bali Indonesia 80361
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.


Refund/Return Policy: 

 
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
 
- Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- Within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
- Must not be a special order or a custom order
- Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's  particular item description. 
 
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
 
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
 
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
